The physicians at The Sports Medicine Clinic of Tampa are providers for most health insurance plans. Some insurance plans require a specialist referral from your primary care physician prior to being seen. Our office staff will inform you if a referral is required, however it is your responsibility to obtain this referral prior to your visit.

Requests for prescription refills may be made from 9:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, when your chart is available for physician review. It is the policy of The Sports Medicine Clinic of Tampa that prescriptions cannot be refilled after normal office hours or on weekends.

The Sports Medicine Clinic of Tampa’s hours of operation are 8:30AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. In the case of an orthopedic emergency, established patients may call our answering service at (813)874-3006, and the on-call physician will be paged.
