Dr. Miller completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency in Montreal, Canada and received an M.B.A. degree from the University of South Florida with honors. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Since beginning his Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine practice in Tampa in 1979, Dr. Miller has been a team physician for several of the high school and professional sports teams in the area. Since 1997, he has been one of the Orthopedic Team Physicians for the New York Yankees and is their Spring Training Consultant. Dr. Miller is also the Orthopedic Team Physician for the Gulf Coast Yankees. Because of his many years of experience as a team physician, particularly in baseball, Dr. Miller has a particular interest in shoulder and elbow injuries and problems. He also specializes in consultation and non-operative treatment of general orthopedic problems and sports related injuries.
